Get to Know....Boot camp client/School Teacher - Sandi Bourque


1. How long have you been with OTGF? Since June 1, 2015


2. What's your favorite thing about boot camp? It was always a different workout!


3. Prior to boot camp, how long had it been since you worked out, for at least 12 weeks? Since high school!


4. Do you have a favorite quote? "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" and "A minute on the lips, forever on the hips" and "eat to live, don't live to eat!"


5. What is something that not many people know about you? I'm often not comfortable in my own skin!


6. What inspires you when you're not in the mood to exercise? The weight I've already lost!


7. What is your biggest achievement or what are you most proud of since joining boot camp? Losing 24 pounds! Become stronger and healthier!


8. What's the silliest thing you've done? Walked up to my husband and told him he would marry me... Obviously this was years before marriage, but I was right! :)


9. Do you have a favorite boot camp workout? I don't like any of them! 😁


10. A few of my favorite things are? Food. Babies. Teaching.


11. What is one piece of advice you would give a newcomer? Don't give up, even when you don't see results right away!


12. What is your favorite exercise? I like the 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 50 exercise! Least fav? Lunges are actually my least fave!
