TREADMILL, DREADMILL! Are you trying to walk or jog your way to better health? There are more ways

I have been incorporating inteval training into my personal workouts for about 3 years now and use this method in my boot camp classes. The workouts are always different and keep the clients guessing! In my opinion, this type of exercise beats walking or jogging, any day! It can produce better results and it's NEVER boring...you have my word on that! If you would like to check out what I mean, contact me for your free first session!
