Sandi B. lost 24 lbs and signed up for her 1st Warrior Dash!
Sandi has to be the client who surprised me most out of our recent 12 week Summer Shred program. When I first met her, she pretty much told me she didn't want to exercise. She didn't like to exercise. She was only doing it because her best friend, Bridget, was making her! She told me she tried a boot camp before, but quit. I was hoping to change Sandi's outlook on exercising, but I knew I had a challenge on my hands! Well, did I underestimate her! Sandi now has a love/hate relationship with exercise. So much so, that she is now taking kickboxing classes AND has signed up for her first 5k (Warrior Dash). Mind blown!
Fitness Assessment Tests Scores:
Push ups: Increased by 12 (went from Avg. to Good category)
Crunch test: Increased by 9 (Excellent category!)
3 Minute step test: Decreased by 20 (Excellent category!)
Not only did Sandi improve in all of her fitness assessment tests, she lost 24 lbs, lost inches in her chest, waist, hips, thighs and decreased her bodyfat %.
Sandi has decided to continue on with our 10 week Back-to-School boot camp. I can't wait to see her reach her health & fitness goals!
Danielle lost 16 bls, despite a knee injury!
Danielle actually started her transformation prior to starting boot camp. She weighed 230 lbs. in December of 2013. When she started our 12 week Summer Shred program, she weighed in at 213. Despite an old knee injury that reared it's ugly head in the beginning of the program, Danielle refused to quit, so we worked her upper body and whatever cardio she could, and she managed to lose 16 pounds by the end of the 12 weeks! Danielle has now joined a health club and has added strength training to her routine!
Fitness Assessment Tests Scores:
Push ups: Increased by 10 (1st assessment was done on her toes, last assessment - on toes, which brings her in the Excellent category!)
Crunch test: Increased by 35!! (Excellent category!)
3 Minute step test (measures heart rate): Decreased by 23 (Went from Below Avg. to Good category)
Not only did Danielle improve in all of her fitness assessment tests, she lost inches in her chest, hips, thighs and waist and her bodyfat % decreased!

Bridget was "Sweatin' for the Weddin"!
Bridget started out with me in March of 2015 on a mission....to be a fit bride! In addition to boot camp, she signed up for kickboxing classes and and was already playing volleyball. She has also decided to join her best friend, Sandi, and is also doing the 2015 Warrior Dash! Although Bridget started off at a healthy weight and ideal bodyfat %, she lacked endurance, core and upperbody strength. Bridget worked hard, perfecting her planks, pushing through her push-ups and pumping iron every week. By the end of the 12 week Summer Shred program, Bridget noticed numerous changes: She runs faster and longer, her legs and arms are stronger and her tummy has trimmed up.
Fitness Assessment Test Scores:
Push ups: Increased by 7 (Good Category)
Crunch Test: Increased by 28 (Excellent Category)
3 Minute step test (measures heart rate): Started off in the Excellent Category and stayed there!
Not only did Bridget improve her test scores, she lost inches in her waist and hips. She's happier, stronger and more confident! (P.S. She was one of the prettiest brides I've ever seen!)
