TRAINING SERVICES
All services include a fitness and a nutritional assessment to determine your starting point. The fitness portion will determine you cardiovascular endurance, strength and core strength. You will also receive a bodyfat % reading with this assessment. The nutrition portion will show you where your diet is most likely insufficient.
TRAINING ASSESMENTS

It’s just you and me! You receive a better value for each dollar spent due to the personalization you will get with this option. You can choose between 30 or 60 minute sessions.
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
This is a great choice of training because you can receive accountability and motivation, in a group setting, for a lower cost than One-on-One. However, due to the size of the class, it may be more difficult to offer personalized workouts. You will also have the option to be included in special private Facebook fitness groups that I personally create to help you stay motivated and accountable! Class size can be anywhere from 5-20 people and between 45-60 minutes.
FITNESS BOOTCAMPS
This option fits somewhere between One-on-One and Boot Camp, accommodating 2-4 people at once. This allows for lower costs than One-on-One and more attention than Boot Camp!
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
We all know that eating healthy is an important part of reaching our fitness goals, however, many of us don’t know what to eat and when to eat or what, if any, supplements to take. This can be frustrating. I can help with meal suggestions, sample menus, nutritional supplements and tips that will help set you up to succeed!

Rock Steady Boxing-Baton Rouge is a unique form of fitness designed for those living with Parkinson's disease. We give these people hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum. We work with all levels and an assessment will be done prior to joing to ensure proper placement. Currently we are the only affiliate in Louisiana. We are working hard to secure a location so that classes can begin soon! Check out my blog for updates!
